Why I am Running

My reason for running for the US Senate is the obvious difference between the choices made by the elected officials compared to the needs of the citizens. The new health bill offers a consummate example of this wrongheaded direction. In the past the Democrat Party has stood fast for the working class men and women of America. Today they have quit that role and are more concerned about the special interests of groups such as the Trial Lawyers Association, the Pharmaceutical Industry, Terrorists, and Illegal Aliens. In our state, the legislature has fired, furloughed and reduced the pay of Maryland citizens in order to fund illegal alien healthcare. I am a liberal Democrat not a Leftist, and I shall make the differences known during this campaign. (see Wheel of Fortune)

Major Issues

The Major issues that I will pursue in support of all working Americans are:

■ Reindustrialization of Maryland and the United States.

■ Buy American Program (see Bob the Minivan).

■ Limiting imports from any one country to a 15% imbalance.

■ Economic optimization of the Healthcare System.

■ End Illegal Immigration.

■ Fiscal Responsibility.

■ Term Limits, Disincumbentization, and a reduction in pay for all Congress men and women by half.

Congress is the biggest culprit in the great recession making our working class citizens the biggest losers. In addition to Congress other culprits are the 32 million illegal aliens diluting the economy and penalizing US workers. These illegals are cause for economic distress.
